Stability, Balance and Quiet: A 40 Day Practice
We will spend these 40 days together in community, supporting each other in stabilizing our nerves and quieting our minds. Turbulence is everywhere in our environment and planet right now..we can feel it in the very air that we breathe. Everyone is feeling the anxiety and overwhelm. It is a very harsh environment to navigate. It can feel assaulting to our sensitivity, our hearts, and our spirits.
We must be vigilant and disciplined as to where we put our attention. This is compassionate discipline. This is self-love, so that we can help and support where we can.
This is a powerful practice for these times. We will do Kriya For The Aura 11mins, Kirtan Kriya 31 mins. We will as always have the opportunity to meet twice a week to practice together on Mondays 6-7am and Fridays 6-7am.
